The dispute over the Budweiser name, the oldest commercial conflict still unresolved


Budweiser name refers to three brands of beer: Budweiser brewery Budweiser Budvar and 1795 produced in the Czech Republic, and American Bud, in the United States. Not surprisingly, the oldest commercial conflict unresolved to this day, is facing the American Budweiser Budvar and Bud, whose first lawsuits dating to 1880. The three companies were:
